Opt-in Opt-out of SMS and Email Messaging

Effective October 19, 2026. These terms explain how to sign up for and stop promotional email and text messages from Oceanside Alternative Medicine & Apothecary (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Email and SMS subscriptions are separate, optional programs.
How to opt in
You may sign up for promotional email by entering your email address and selecting the email marketing consent option. You may sign up for promotional text messages by entering your mobile number and selecting the separate SMS consent option. Consent boxes must be optional and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number or email address for an order does not, by itself, sign you up for promotional messages.
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring promotional messages for the channel you selected, such as product news, offers, and store updates. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.
Suggested SMS checkbox: “I agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Oceanside Alternative Medicine & Apothecary at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Suggested email checkbox: “I agree to receive promotional emails from Oceanside Alternative Medicine & Apothecary. I can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.”
SMS messages
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and fees may apply to messages you send to us and messages we send to you. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
To stop promotional text messages, reply STOP to a message from us. You may also contact us using the details below or another reasonable method that clearly tells us you want to stop receiving texts. We will honor the request as required by applicable law. You may receive one final, non-promotional text confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
Opting out of SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from promotional email, and opting out of email does not automatically stop SMS. You must opt out of each channel separately if you want to stop both.
Email messages
Every promotional email will identify the sender and include the disclosures and valid postal address required by law, along with a clear way to unsubscribe. Select the unsubscribe link in the message to stop promotional email, or contact us using the details below. We will honor email opt-out requests as soon as practicable and within the period required by law.
Unsubscribing from promotional email does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications that relate to an order, account, safety notice, or legal obligation, where permitted by law.
Privacy and message services
We use your contact information and subscription preferences to manage the messaging programs and send the messages you requested. Messaging service providers may process this information to deliver messages and support the programs. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be posted on OceansideCBD.us. Your continued subscription after an update is subject to the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
